HPJ – CA is also a supervised accountancy firm for Anti-money laundering compliance and hence can represent clients for company formation and statutory record updates. We uphold higher level of transparency, due diligence and integrity to make sure that client information available in the public register has met the legal requirements.

As an ACSP, we are also authorised by Companies House to provide the following services: -

• filing company information with Companies House.

• submitting confirmation statements and incorporation documents.

• verifying the identities of directors, persons with significant control (PSCs) and relevant officers; and

• making filings for overseas entities where applicable.
